Event Description

Who needs to complete PBPT? Anyone wishing to acquire a Farmers Market All-Samples certificate or seeking a general overview of major produce food safety concerns.

This program is designed to provide basic information about the Food Safety Modernization Act requirements and the latest on produce safety. This program meets the basic training requirements for receiving a Farmers Market All-Samples certificate from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture. All participants who complete this program will receive their certificate in the mail.
